Better yet, they lived in the area for years. Knowing about the neighborhood will genuinely help an agent find a buyer.
They will be able to address any concerns and questions about the local area and highlight the location to potential buyers. If your agent loves and knows the area, they’ll be able to convey this to buyers.
They should TAKE it seriously…
Professionalism goes a long way. Working with someone punctual, who keeps their appointments, and follows through with their commitments, goes a long way.
If your agent is frantic, running around, and constantly seems rushed, they probably are. It’s best to work with someone who knows how to manage their time properly and focus on you and your property. They should be organized ad able to update you on local sales, interest in your home, and how they are trying to sell your Florida house!
Remember, at the end of the day, real estate agents are salesmen. They need to sell your Florida home to earn a commission. Make sure you don’t fall for false promises or over inflated listing prices. Instead, look for knowledgeable agents with great reviews and support you through the entire selling process!
